Eight professional CS2 teams, decided by the earlier BLAST Premier Fall Groups, will battle it out over four days for the final, elusive ticket to the BLAST Premier World Final, the pinnacle of the Counter-Strike professional esports calendar. BLAST Premier Fall Final 2023: Format

As with all BLAST Premier Counter-Strike events, the format has two phases: the Group Stage and Playoffs. For a full format breakdown, take a look below.

Group Stage

  • Eight teams are split into two double-elimination (GSL) groups.
  • All matches are Bo3.
  • The top three teams from each group advance to the Playoffs - the winners advance to the Semifinals, 2nd-place teams advance as Upper Bracket seeds in the Quarterfinals. 3rd-place teams are Low Seeds in the Quarterfinals.
  • The $425,000 prize pool is divided between all eight competing teams.

Playoffs

  • Six teams compete in the single-elimination Playoffs. 
  •  All matches are Bo3.
  • The winner qualifies for the BLAST Premier World Final, beginning in December.
