Rivalry Refer-a-Friend Program: Comprehensive Guidelines

1. Your action of referring an individual to Rivalry signifies your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, subject to modifications at Rivalry’s discretion. With each referral, a renewed agreement is established between you and Rivalry under the most current Terms and Conditions.
2. It is understood that you have reviewed and consented to these Terms and Conditions, with any decisions to participate made independently, relying solely on the information contained within these Terms and Conditions Agreement and any official Rivalry promotional communications.
3. At its sole discretion, Rivalry reserves the authority to modify, pause, or terminate the Program or any related promotions, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason at all.
4. To qualify for Refer-a-Friend Rewards, both the referrer and referee must maintain an active (e.g. not on hold, closed or self-excluded) and verified Rivalry account and comply with all Terms and Conditions, these Promotional Terms and Conditions and the Refer-a-Friend Program Requirements noted here. Failure to adhere will result in the forfeiture of any Refer-a-Friend Rewards.

Participation Limitations

1. Rivalry maintains the right to restrict participation based on irregular betting patterns, attempts to inflate referral numbers through unauthorized sharing of account details, a history of disengagement with promotions, or referrals within the referrer’s immediate family or household, to uphold program integrity. Violations result in program disqualification. 
2. Referrers are limited to ten (10) referral rewards.
3. All terms and conditions noted 1-4 apply to the Refer-a-Friend Program.
