Eligibility: The Rivalry Missions are open to residents who are of legal age to gamble within their residing jurisdiction and are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. The Missions are available globally, except where prohibited by law.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the Missions, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of Rivalry, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept Rivalry’s decisions as final and binding with regard to the Missions.
How to Enter: There is no purchase necessary to enter the Missions. Enter by opting-in through the designated widget available in the Rivalry website, and participate by placing eligible wagers as indicated by each mission's rules.
Prizes: The prize pool for each Mission will be detailed on each mission's rule. Prizes will be instantly awarded after spinning the mission's wheel.
Scoring Criteria:
The scoring criteria, including eligible casino games and sportsbook categories, will depend on the type of Mission, please check each mission's rule individually for more information.
Winner Notification: Awards will be automatically credited to the winners' accounts after spinning the mission's wheel or claiming the mission reward, either of them is prompted to the user after completing the mission successfully. No contact or action is required from the winners.
Rights Granted by Entrant: By entering, You agree that Rivalry and anyone acting on behalf of Rivalry, and their licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering, You represent that your entry is an original work and does not infringe any third-party rights.
Terms and Conditions: Rivalry reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Rivalry Missions or the participation of the contestant (“You”) at will at any time, or if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Rivalry’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Rivalry Missions. Rivalry reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Disputes: These Rivalry Missions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the player resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. By participating, You agree that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with the Rivalry Missions shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will You be entitled to recover any punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination: Rivalry reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Rivalry Missions or the participant (“You”) at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Social Media Disclaimer: The Rivalry Missions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platforms where it may be promoted.
Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Rivalry Missions, You affirmatively accept and agree to all the Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, illustrations, slogans, and representations are owned by Rivalry and/or its affiliates. All rights are reserved.
Limitation of Liability:
Rivalry assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, late, unintelligible/illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries, notifications, responses, or replies, or for any computer, software, hardware, or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to those affecting the transmission of an entry.
Rivalry is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment or programming associated with or used in the Rivalry Missions, or by any technical or human error in the administration of the Rivalry Missions.
Rivalry assumes no responsibility or liability in the event that Missions cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond its control. All prizes are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranty of any kind.
Language Discrepancy
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Missions Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Missions-related materials, the terms and conditions of the Rivalry Missions Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
