VIP Terms and Conditions
THE PROGRAM
Rivalry VIP/Loyalty Program will reward our most dedicated users with exclusive benefits, tiered rewards, and personalized offers to enhance their gaming experience and maximize their enjoyment on our platform. The program is offered as an exclusive benefit to eligible users. Not all users will be eligible and not all users will receive the same benefits. Benefits may be custom tailored to each user's individual play.
ELIGILIBILITY AND ENROLMENT
All users who have completed verification and their accounts are in good standing will be eligible for enrolment. Eligibility is subject to change at any time and may be revoked for any reason at Rivalry’s discretion. Enrollment will be automatic for users who complete account verification. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Users will be awarded loyalty points (XP) for activity. The primary method of earning XP is through wagering on the Rivalry platform. Other methods of awarding XP may include deposit bonus, completing missions, or other activity at Rivalry’s discretion.
TIERS
As users earn XP they will progress towards the next loyalty tier. Each tier will have a specified XP threshold to meet in order to unlock that tier. Once the threshold is met, the rewards for that tier can be claimed by the user. Unlocking a tier does not guarantee a reward. Each tier will have defined benefits specified on the VIP program. The rewards and benefits may be adjusted at any time.
XP PROGRESSION
The primary method of progression will be based on cumulative wagers. Not all wagers will be rewarded the same amount of XP. The following table describes the wagering requirements for progression;
Sports: $1 = 2XP
Casino (general): $1 = 1XP
Casino (special): $3 = 1XP

REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Deposit Bonus
Players who reach a level that includes a deposit bonus will automatically receive the bonus. It will be applied to the player's account after their next successful deposit of at least $10, with no further action required.
Bonus funds come with rollover requirements: a 15x rollover for Casino funds and a 10x rollover for Sports funds (with minimum odds of 1.8) before they can be withdrawn. The rollover must be completed within 14 days. The maximum amount you can win from the casino bonus funds is 10 times your original deposit, sports bonus funds don't have a maximum winning amount. After the bonus funds are unlocked, they must be used within 30 days; any unused balance will expire after this period.
Important: Casino rollover is not counted when wagering on the following excluded games:

Casino/Sports Credit
Players who reach levels that include a Casino or Sports Credit reward will be automatically opted in to receive the bonus. Upon reaching the qualifying level, Players will be prompted to choose between Casino or Sports Credit. The bonus amount may be determined by a randomized feature, such as a spinning wheel, scratch card, or gift box, which reveals the credit amount awarded to the Player.

The casino or sports credit will be subject to additional terms that may restrict their usage or maximum payout.
Cashback
Players who reach levels that include a Cashback reward will be automatically opted in to receive cashback on net losses. All bets placed at Rivalry, in any sportsbook category and casino games, during the promotional period will be eligible. Only real money bets count towards the promotion (no bonus bets). Bets must be placed and settled inside the promotion period outlined below to qualify. Bets that are placed or settled after the promotional period will not count towards that period.
The cashback is calculated as follows: Total winnings minus the total amount of bets made during the promotional period. If the total result is positive, you are not eligible for cashback.
Example: If you are at a VIP level that makes you eligible for 2% cashback and you bet $200 during the promotional period and won $80, your net result is -$120. Therefore, at this VIP level you are eligible to receive a 2% cashback on your net result = $120*2% = $2.40.
Cashback is NOT calculated based on each individual bet result but on the total of bets and winnings during the promotional period.
The player's wagers for the period from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC will be included in the calculation for cashback. The qualifying level that the user is at on Monday 00:00 UTC following the cashback period will be used for the calculation of the cashback, regardless of when the user reached that qualifying level.
The cashback reward will be available to claim each Monday at 12:00 UTC and must be claimed before by the next Monday at 11:59 UTC. Cashback that is not claimed within this one-week period will be forfeited. The cashback reward, calculated based on net losses from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC, will be available for claim during the following week, from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC. Any cashback not claimed within this one-week period will be forfeited.
When calculating cashback; the amount awarded will not stack or be combined with any other cashback offer.
Cashback will be paid in CASH.
Tournaments and Missions
Players within specific tiers will be eligible to join exclusive tournaments or missions. If Players choose to participate, they will be requested to complete specific activities or challenges. In exchange for their participation and successful completion of these activities, Players will be rewarded with bonuses or other incentives.
Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Bonuses
Players within specific tiers will be eligible to claim bonuses on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis. These bonuses will feature randomly set prizes and may leverage deposit bonuses or casino/sports credit, providing players with exciting opportunities to enhance their gaming experience.
Exclusive Gifts
Players within specific tiers will be eligible to claim exclusive gifts as part of their VIP/Loyalty rewards. The actual gift may be determined through a randomized feature, such as a spinning wheel, scratch card, or gift box, which reveals the exclusive item won by the player.
PROGRAM RULES AND CONDUCT
Account Conduct
Users are expected to maintain good account standing to retain their VIP/Loyalty rewards. Accounts that are suspended for any reason will also have their corresponding VIP/Loyalty rewards and benefits suspended until the account is reinstated.
Reward Abuse
Any attempt to abuse the program, such as (but not limited to) creating multiple accounts, colluding with other users, or other abuse of awarded points to claim duplicate rewards, or any other benefit is strictly prohibited. Users found engaging in reward abuse may face penalties, including the forfeiture of VIP/Loyalty rewards, disqualification from the program, account suspension or other remedy as defined in our general terms and conditions.
Termination and Forfeiture of Benefits
Rivalry reserves the right to terminate any player and their eligibility for the VIP/Loyalty Program at any time, for any reason, or for no reason, at its sole discretion. Upon termination of eligibility, all accumulated Loyalty Points (XP), Tier status, unclaimed Rewards, active Bonuses, pending Cashback, Credits, and any other benefits associated with the program shall be immediately voided and forfeited. Rivalry shall have no liability to the player for any such forfeiture, and no compensation, cash equivalent, or payout will be provided for voided rewards or benefits.
MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATIONS
Program Adjustments
Rivalry reserves the right to modify or terminate the VIP/Loyalty Program at its sole discretion. This may include changes to reward amounts, eligibility criteria, tier structures, or any other program features. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Liability Limitations
Rivalry is not liable for any errors in reward allocation, technical malfunctions, or program disruptions that may impact a user’s experience or benefits within the VIP/Loyalty Program. In cases of error, Rivalry reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to maintain program integrity.
