Summoners, steel yourselves for a masterpiece as Riot Games' brand new champion and magnum opus, Hwei, will join the fray when League of Legends patch 13.24 hits live servers.

This latest upcoming patch is closing the year off with a bang, with loads of new items hitting the in-game Shop. Apparently, Riot Games are also in a giving mood for the holiday season, with buffs for Zeri, Braum, Leona, and a number of other champions to help those struggling in solo queue.

The final League of Legends patch of the year 13.24 will go live on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. League patch 13.24 will be rolled out steadily across the day according to different server timezones, beginning with the Oceanic server at around 10 AM AEST.

Here are all the critical League patch 13.24 rollout times for the remaining servers.

  • 5 AM GMT (EU West)
  • 3 AM CET (EU North East)
  • 8 AM KST (Korea)
  • 3 PM CT (NA)

This patch has more content than previous ones, so server downtime may take longer than usual to fit all the new changes. While the patch is going live, all matchmaking and competitive queues will be disabled around three hours before the latest patch goes live on servers.


League of Legends patch 13.24 brings 12 champion buffs and 2 nerfs to Summoner's Rift. Mordekaiser is also getting some QoL improvements to incentivize AP more and tank items less. Leona will get some much-needed love as Riot attempts to carve out a better niche for her playstyle.

A palette of endless opportunities awaits as Hwei, the Visionary will officially launch on LoL servers as the newest champion to join the roster. As a high-complexity champion with over ten spell combinations, it'll be interesting to see how he reshapes the meta. Hwei will more than likely receive a significant amount of balancing changes in a future patch as Riot Games treads new waters.

In this pre-season patch, Riot Games are going all-out with their item changes, with no stone left unturned. All Mythic items, ten legendaries, ten epics, and four support starter items are being removed. completely The Shop will see an influx of new additions, including a new support item.

  • Mana regen increased from 6 to 7.

(R) Glacial Fissure

  • Minimum secondary knockup duration increased from 0.3 to 0.6.


  • Attack speed ratio increased from 0.644 to 0.669 (level one attack speed unchanged).
  • Armor reduced from 32 to 30.

(Q) Head Rush

  • Damage reduced from 60 - 200 to 60 - 180.

(W) Blood Frenzy/ Snack Attack

  • Attack speed reduced

(E) Chilling Scream

  • Damage reduction reduced from 40% to 35%.

(R) Certain Death

  • Damage changed from 150 - 450 (+ 75% base attack damage) (+ 110% ability power) physical damage to 150 - 450 (+ 50% base attack damage) (+ 120% ability power) magic damage.


(Q) Winds of War

  • Cooldown reduced from 12 - 10 seconds to 12 - 8 seconds.


(Passive) Happy Hour

  • Cooldown reduced from 12 seconds flat to 12 - 6 seconds.


  • Base health reduced from 655 to 630.

(E) Triggerseed

  • Slow reduced from 50 - 70% to 40 - 60% damage ratio.


(W) Path Maker

  • Mana reduced from 60 - 80 to 40 - 60.
  • Resistance damage ratio increased from 30% to 50%.


(W) Eclipse

  • Damage reduction, armor, and magic resistance increased from 20 - 40 to 20 - 50.

(R) Solar Flare

  • Damage increased from 100 - 250 to 150 - 300.


(E) Relentless Pursuit

  • Cooldown reduced from 22 - 14 seconds to 19 - 14 seconds.


(Q) Obliterate

  • AP ratio increased from 60% to 70%.

(R) Realm of Death

  • Now reveals his target at the start of cast (brush doesn’t cancel the ability).


  • Mana increased from 320 (+50) to 375 (+60).


  • Bug Fixes for Void Rift (W) and Tectonic Disruption (E). Timing buffs will be coming in future patches.


  • AD growth increased from 1.3 to 2.

(W) Ultrashock Laser

  • Damage increased from 20 - 180 to 30 - 190.


Riot Games are overhauling many long-term items in favor of newer ones. Old favorites like Luden's Tempest and Liandry's Anguish are being tweaked for season 14.
